ORE is a couch-cooperative twin stick shooter where you and your friends are space miners draining a hostile alien planet of a volatile resource that’s corrupted the planet’s inhabitants. Find and neutralize the threat to the planet’s stability before the world collapses-in on itself in order to gain your freedom. Fight through a handful of levels and navigate the planet’s varied surface to collect as much Ore as you can before the planet implodes. Two hundred years ago, on the edge of a distant solar system, the corporation found a planet with rich sources of Ore.

ORE takes place in the far future where a massive, omnipotent corporation has taken control of all intergalactic space mining. Now, it’s your turn to face certain death. You are a space miner and owe your life to the will of the organization. Those employed as space miners are indebted to the company with their lives. Whether through conflict with wildlife, corporate wars, or radical environmentalists, nearly every planet found with traces of the precious Ore ends up as space rubble.
