Swelbard is an isolated place, so it may be difficult to find staff willing to come here. The owner is sick of negative reviews and diminishing profits, so they’ve set up a ‘medical emergency budget’ to salvage the hotel’s reputation and avoid any more lawsuits. You’ve been invited to run the resort’s brand-new medical facility.
