In Maelstrom, you play the role of a pirate. The gameplay consists of a 15 player battle royal map. The map shrinks as more ships are take out. Outside of the safe zone you won’t take consistent damage like in other battle royal games these days. But there will be sea monsters. You can escape for a short period time through maneuver.
